New Astro Turf And Floodlight Inaguarated at Bebena

HRH Price Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, the president of the Bhutan Olympic Committee and the president of the Bhutan Football Federation inaugurated the artificial turf at the capital yesterday. The new astroturf with the floodlight has been constructed with a budget of more than Nu. 28 million funded by the FIFA Forward I and II project.

The inauguration ceremony was followed by an exhibition match and the new turf will be solely used for training for the Thimphu-based clubs.
