Bhutan Football Federation invites applications from interested and eligible Bhutanese citizens aged 18 and above for the post. Application addressed to the General Secretary, along with the following documents (on our website), must be submitted to the Administration/HR of Bhutan Football Federation at Bebina, Thimphu, no later than 05:00 PM on 16 February 2026. General Requirement, Asst ADM Officer
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Commerce, or a related field
Preferred/Additional:
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration
- Training in procurement, finance, or records management
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

General Requirement, Documentation Officer
- Minimum Qualification: Class XII (General Stream) from a recognised board. Language Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Dzongkha preferred/advantageous)
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and document management systems
- Administrative Skills: Ability to maintain records, filing systems, and official documentation accurately
- Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, organisational skills, confidentiality, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
