WELCOME TO TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Technical Department of Bhutan Football Federation contains six divisions that are responsible for coach education, amateur football, grassroots football, elite youth football, women’s football, and futsal divisions. These divisions play critical roles in the growth of football in the country. Education coaching programs for coaches, grassroots development programs, talent identification, and talent development are all part of the technical department. Every division has a responsibility and a role in their respective field.
MESSAGE FROM TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
My name is Mehmet Fatih Kale, and I am honoured to be appointed as the Technical Director of BFF.
As the Technical Director, my priorities will be strengthening the coaching education, youth national teams, assisting women’s football, and developing youth & grassroots football, while re-organizing the Technical Department structure for effective operations.
Bhutan football is at a crossroads, with many new opportunities with the current infrastructure developing fast.
However, we are and will face many challenges. And my colleagues and I, at the Technical Department, will do our utmost for Bhutan football.
Last but not least, I will need the support and guidance of all stakeholders.
Once again, it is an honour for me to be in Bhutan, and I hope we will grow together, bringing Bhutan football to a better stage.
