In commemoration of the 70th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, King Jigme Singye Wangchuck, the Bhutan Football Federation (BFF) proudly launched the locally dubbed animated SAFF Kick-Off Project five-episode series promoting child safeguarding in football.
“Today, we not only celebrate our children and grassroots footballers, the future of our nation, but also mark a key milestone in our safeguarding journey, raising awareness and encouraging protection for every young player.”- Nidup, the safeguarding officer.
The project was also aired on BBS 3 and will soon be distributed to schools across the country to spread awareness and strengthen safeguarding education.
The Bhutan Football Federation would like to thank SAFF for their unwavering support and to our wonderful hosts, Royal Thimphu College FC (RTC FC), for their warm hospitality and continued partnership in advancing grassroots development and safeguarding initiatives.
Together, let’s continue nurturing our youth and building a safer, stronger, and more inclusive football community in honour of our beloved King and the spirit of our children.
