Since August 2021, I have been working with aspiring national players as the Bhutan Football Federation’s assistant fitness coach. Professionally, preventing injuries and improving an athlete’s strength and conditioning are the top priorities. I believe it’s a fantastic opportunity for me to work with the Bhutanese National Team, who are regarded as the most professional athletes in the nation. I am a qualified fitness instructor with expertise working in a sports science center.
The major goal is to collaborate closely with the football technical coaches and sports physiotherapists to develop an effective training program that will improve the player’s performance and, in the long term, prevent injuries. Our goal is to develop players from the Bhutan Football Federation who will be assets rather than liabilities wherever they go.
I am a person who sees the bright side of everything. I enjoy a wide variety of activities, sights, and experiences. I spent several years playing for the national team of Bhutan. Being an athlete requires us to work hard, set high standards, and maintain our attention constantly. When talent doesn’t work hard, hard effort can win.
Working as a fitness instructor and assistant coach for the Bhutan Football Federation Academy is not only a fantastic opportunity, but it also gives me the chance to learn new skills from an outside coach. I’m hoping to be able to offer the opinions and insights I’ve gained from my 17 years of service to the national team. With that knowledge, I can at least help the young player in a tiny way.
I firmly think that a healthy lifestyle and diet can change the world, and that food and exercise play a crucial role in maintaining our overall health and wellbeing. My objective is to provide a straightforward, scientifically supported method for gaining muscle, decreasing fat, becoming joyful and healthy, and leading a life that matters and has an impact on our loved ones.
