The Bhutan Football Federation is pleased to announce the vacancy for the following for recruitment;

- Resume/ CV.
- Citizenship Identity Card copy.
- Medical Fitness certificate.
- Security Clearance Certificate.
- Copy of No Objection Certificate from parent agency (for those already employed).
- BMHC Certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose sports-related injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and other techniques to aid recovery.
- Collaborate with coaches, medical staff, and fitness trainers to create integrated training programs.
- Educate players on injury prevention, proper nutrition, and overall physical health.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment plans and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in sports physiotherapy.
- Travel with the team to provide on-field support during matches and training sessions.
Qualities and Personality Traits:
- Passionate about Sports:
A genuine interest in sports, particularly football, and a desire to work with athletes to enhance their performance and well-being.
- Empathetic and Patient:
Ability to understand the physical and emotional challenges athletes face and provide support and encouragement throughout their recovery journey.
- Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to clearly explain treatment plans, techniques, and preventive measures to athletes, coaches, and other staff members.
- Detail-Oriented:
Precision in assessing injuries, designing treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive records to ensure effective rehabilitation.
- Adaptable and Flexible:
Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, and travel with the team as needed.
- Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering a supportive and cohesive environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
Quick and effective decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations during matches and training.
- Physical Stamina and Strength:
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as manual therapy and assisting with exercises.
