Transport United FC returned to winning ways with a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Tsirang FC in Matchday 51 of the BoB Bhutan Premier League 2026, scoring twice in the closing stages at Tsirang Artificial Turf.
The fixture carried extra significance as both head coaches came up against their former clubs, with each side eager to bounce back after dropping points in their opening matches of the second round.

Kinga controlled the ball brilliantly and powered his finish past the goalkeeper to double Transport United FC’s advantage.
Tsirang FC continued to search for a way back into the match, but Transport United FC remained disciplined at the back to preserve their clean sheet and secure all three points. The match also saw notable appearances from players facing their former clubs. Afeez and Tsenda Dorji came off the bench for Tsirang FC and made their presence felt against their previous side, adding fresh energy and intensity in the closing stages.
